Guess who's Back? A very special night this weekend, at Finnans' sports bar!

Finally we are able to tell you what's going on. With the original 9 Lives band on hiatus, Ron has joined the Dave Viterna Band. It's a four piece smoker, that has a bit of rock/blues/R&B/and/even oldies rolled into one band. In some of the rock venues, we will bill the band as 9 Lives featuring Dave Viterna, as the guys were kind enough to help keep the 9 Lives tradition alive and well. Sometimes we'll be smaller and soulful, and others it will be big and loud. Hopefully it will always be fun!

Be sure to check out Rico and his DAY FOR NIGHT TRIBUTE, and get there early if you want to get in!! As for the original line up of Rico, Jim, and Ron, they will get together and play, when it's possible. Sometimes life has to come even before Rock and Roll.

Jim Dill has some side projects going, and we we'll keep you posted on ALL the members of 9LIVES, right here, at their home website. Jim and Rico will always be part of this website. I wonder how many more lives this band has?

New News! Ron has been busy with his new band project in Rochester, New York. The band is called NBT, and has new tentative dates, in the Buffalo area, and possibly one in Lockport! NBT, features a male and female vocalist, and songs from Rush, Heart, Zeppelin, Janis Joplin, Collective Soul, Fleetwood Mac, and Matchbox 20, hope you can check it out! John, our singer/guitarist, is well known in the area, and a veteren of many great bands, as is my right hand man Doug on bass. Doug is a very aggressive player, and sings great. BUT...This is the year of "Chrissy" she's our secret weapon, and it won't be a secret for long. She's awesome. Just this week we added the frosting on the cake by donating half my pay to get Rich Bunce on keyboards, and vocals. I hope to bring this band to Lockport and Buffalo, at least a little.
